I created a fake magazine based on bakeries around Boston and using articles found online. I curated content, images, and the overall aesthetic of the magazine; making sure the branding and identity of the magazine was cohesive across its entirety. I wanted it to visually reference classic, clean-styled European bakeries as well as adding modern elements such as hand-done type. Attention to details were not overlooked as I focused on the small elements such as rags, footers, scale of images and text, and dynamic triadic relationships across pages. I also played with infographic styles and included a hand-drawn map of locations of Flour bakeries.
